Refund Policy

KPS Apparel is operated by Kingdom Precise Service ("KPS," "we," "us"). Every item is printed on demand and made just for you. Please read this policy before you order.

1. Order cancellations

Because production starts quickly, you may cancel an order only before it goes into production. Email sales@kingdomprecisesolutions.com as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not entered production, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once production has started, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns for change of mind or wrong size

Since each item is custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size or color chosen by the customer, or a design ordered by mistake. Please review the size guide and product details before ordering.

3. Damaged, defective, misprinted or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at sales@kingdomprecisesolutions.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue. After review, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item unless we ask you to.

4. Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, send a replacement or refund. Packages returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout can be reshipped at the customer's cost.

5. Shipping delays

If we cannot ship your order within the time stated in our Shipping Policy (or within 30 days if no time is stated), we will notify you, give you a revised shipping date, and let you choose to cancel for a full refund.

6. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 7 business days of approval; your bank may take additional time to post the credit. Discount codes and promotional credit are not redeemable for cash.
