This website (kingdomprecisesolutions.com) is operated by Kingdom Precise Service, doing business as KPS Apparel ("KPS," "we," "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping & Returns page and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Right to refuse service and reservation of rights

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any lawful reason, at any time. We may limit quantities, decline, cancel or modify any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors, orders that appear fraudulent, and orders affected by errors. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and issue a full refund. We will never refuse service on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age or any other characteristic protected by law.

3. Products, colors and sizing

Our products are printed on demand. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but colors on your screen may vary from the actual product, and small variations in print placement are normal. Please use the size guide on each product page.

4. Pricing and errors

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel orders placed for that product and refund your payment, even after the order is confirmed.

5. Discounts and promotions

Discount codes are valid only for the period and terms stated, cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be ended or changed at any time.

6. Intellectual property

All designs, logos, text and graphics on this site, including the KINGDOM wordmark, the KPS crest and the KPS shield, belong to Kingdom Precise Service and may not be copied, reproduced or sold without written permission. Scripture quotations are from the King James Version (public domain) unless otherwise noted.

7. Conduct

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with its operation.

8. Third-party services

Our store runs on Shopify, orders are produced by our print partners, and payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Their own terms and policies also apply to the services they provide.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is," and KPS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
